Every build begins with a written proposal setting out the agreed scope, fixed quotation, estimated schedule and ongoing costs before you commit.

What We Build

Custom platforms and business tools first

Our primary work is building online platforms, SaaS products, custom business tools and CRMs. We also build professional websites for businesses that want a clean, reliable presence.

Plain-English Definitions

Business tool
Software that handles a particular task or connected workflow—such as a quote builder, job tracker, customer portal or booking system.
CRM
A system for managing customers, enquiries, quotes and follow-ups in one organised place instead of scattered spreadsheets and emails.
SaaS (Software as a Service)
An online product customers can register for and subscribe to through their web browser.
01

Custom platforms & SaaS products

SaaS: an online product customers can register for and subscribe to.

We scope and build a defined first release—covering user accounts, core workflows and administration—so you can launch a working product without unnecessary complexity.

Suited to: Founders and businesses turning a commercial idea into a subscription platform, directory or multi-user online service.

02

Business tools, portals & booking systems

Business tool: software that handles a particular task or connected workflow.

Creates a dedicated browser workspace for a specific job—such as client intake, quote calculations, customer portals or appointment request systems.

Suited to: Teams replacing spreadsheets, paper checklists or repetitive email chains with a focused online tool.

03

CRMs & connected business systems

CRM: a system for managing customers, enquiries, quotes and follow-ups.

Brings customer records, enquiries, quotes, tasks and team notes together in one straightforward system built around your actual stages.

Suited to: Operations, sales and service teams outgrowing disconnected trackers or overly complex off-the-shelf software.

04

Professional business websites

Secondary service: clean, mobile-ready websites for businesses that need a credible online presence.

Delivers up to five pages or larger multi-page websites with SEO foundations and two consolidated revision rounds.

Suited to: Independent businesses and growing firms that need clear copy structure, responsive layouts and reliable enquiry capture.

How we take an idea from first conversation to live launch

We do not use a public checkout for custom software, and we never start building until you have a clear written proposal setting out the scope, fixed quotation, estimated schedule and ongoing costs.

Planning project architecture and written scope
Every project begins with a written scope and agreed acceptance checks.
Step 01

Tell us about your idea

Share what you want to build—whether it is a rough concept for a new platform, a business tool for your team, or a website.

Step 02

Discuss the requirements

We talk through how the system needs to work by email or a Microsoft Teams meeting and answer practical questions.

Step 03

Receive a written proposal

You get a clear document setting out the agreed scope, fixed quotation, estimated schedule and any ongoing hosting or subscription costs.

Step 04

Pay 50% upfront to begin

Once you accept the proposal, a 50% upfront payment schedules and starts the build. Payments can be arranged by invoice, payment link or bank transfer.

Step 05

Review & acceptance checks

You test the working platform or website via a preview link and we complete the agreed acceptance checks together.

Step 06

Pay remaining 50% before launch

The remaining 50% balance is paid prior to live deployment, custom domain connection and project handover.

Payments are arranged by invoice, secure payment link or bank transfer after you accept your written proposal.

Questions & Answers

Practical questions about pricing, technology, domains and handover

The calculator gives an indicative development range based on the project type, the features you select and the complexity we assess. It is not a quotation. Once we review your requirements in detail, you receive a written proposal with a fixed price and an agreed scope.
