How We Work

Written scope, realistic schedules and a straightforward 50/50 payment structure

Every project starts with an agreed scope and a fixed quotation. We discuss what you need, write down the specification and costs clearly, and build in structured stages.

Six-Step Process

From initial idea to launch and handover

Step 01

Tell us about your idea

Share what you want to build—whether it is a rough concept for a new platform, a business tool for your team, or a website.

Step 02

Discuss the requirements

We talk through how the system needs to work by email or a Microsoft Teams meeting and answer practical questions.

Step 03

Receive a written proposal

You get a clear document setting out the agreed scope, fixed quotation, estimated schedule and any ongoing hosting or subscription costs.

Step 04

Pay 50% upfront to begin

Once you accept the proposal, a 50% upfront payment schedules and starts the build. Payments can be arranged by invoice, payment link or bank transfer.

Step 05

Review & acceptance checks

You test the working platform or website via a preview link and we complete the agreed acceptance checks together.

Step 06

Pay remaining 50% before launch

The remaining 50% balance is paid prior to live deployment, custom domain connection and project handover.

Payments can be arranged through invoices, secure payment links or bank transfer after proposal acceptance.

Technology, domains, delivery timescales and handover

Clear answers on how we build and host web applications and websites.

What technology do you use?

We use modern development tools, including Base44 where suitable, to build practical web apps efficiently. Your proposal explains the platform, ongoing subscriptions and handover arrangements before work begins.

Will I have my own domain?

A preview link may be used during development so you can test features and review progress. The final website or platform can use a custom domain where supported. Domains should normally be registered in the client’s name and account.

Delivery schedules

Delivery depends on the agreed scope, integrations and how quickly feedback and content are supplied. Rather than promising a fixed ten-day turnaround for every platform, we agree a realistic schedule in your written proposal before work starts.

Ownership, hosting & ongoing costs

Ownership, access, licensing, hosting and export options are agreed in your proposal. Hosting, platform subscriptions, domains, AI usage, third-party services and ongoing support are separate unless expressly included in your proposal.
